UMD engineers create smallest-ever 3D printed fluidic circuit element

A team of engineers at the University of Maryland have 3D printed the first sub-micron fluidic circuits. Fluidic circuits are a lot like electrical circuits, where different components of a circuit board control and direct the flow of fluid/electricity. via 3ders.org, http://www.3ders.org/articles/20190128-umd-engineers-create-smallest-ever-3d-printed-fluidic-circuit-element.html

Nascar driver Brad Keselowski started a 3D printing company

Nascar was an early adopter of 3D printing because it enables their engineers to prototype faster, testing more design iterations to determine what makes the car go the faster. The drivers are often involved in the testing process and thus exposed to the wonders of 3D printing. via 3ders.org, http://www.3ders.org/articles/20190128-nascar-driver-brad-keselowski-started-a-3d-printing-company.html
